Last Saturday, July 31, was a day made of FAIL. The “Uni-Tea” rally was an event organized by New Jersey neo-con Jeffrey Weingarten to prove that the Tea Party wasn’t a hotbed of racism by pushing the microscopic numbers of black people who are willing to teabag for Republicans into the front lines.
Still, there were probably twice as many black people on the speakers list as there were in the actual crowd.
And oh, what a crowd — an event which predicted attendance in the thousands was lucky to have two hundred people, of which less than half a dozen were people of color.
The Tea Party protests too much, we think; the more noise they make about how they aren’t racist, the less everybody believes them,
especially while they continue to step on their own cranks as their supporters show up at public rallies with racist signs and their
candidates for elected office pop off in public about blacks and Muslims.
An endless procession of pro-rightist shills lead by black Republican David Webb, were paraded across the stage mouthing the standard rightist tropes about free enterprise and picking one’s self up by one’s bootstraps — basically, saying what the crowd of pudgy Caucasians in folding camp chairs wanted to hear.
Deneen Borelli ranted about Obama’s supposed “war on fossil fuels” and the offshore drilling moratorium even as Gulf Coast ecosystems and economies are devastated by the BP Deepwater Horizon disaster.
The most gob-smacking of the bunch, though, had to be Janks Morton who, after going on for so long about God that we found ourselves silently begging him to stop, looked us all right square in the eye and told us that “healthcare is a privilege”. Yes, that’s right; this tool was basically telling us that people with catastrophic injuries and illnesses should be allowed to remain sick and debilitated — and probably die — because they aren’t rich enough to afford the “privilege” of healthcare.
The day’s headliner, Little Andy Breitbart, was in fine form, accusing the opposition of doing everything he’s guilty of — including the
ham-handed doctoring of video footage — and accusing his opposition of (wait for it) slandering “the good name of Karl Rove”, while totally
avoiding the issue of his own attempt to slander USDA employee Shirley Sharrod with hacked-up video footage edited to make Sherrod seem to be saying the opposite of what she actually said. He continued to hammer on that tired old “politics of personal destruction” riff while totally ignoring his destruction of ACORN with James O’Keefe’s video footage which was edited in the manner of an old Benny Hill sketch. He pissed and moaned about how the mainstream media was mistreating the Tea Party, even as he and the Tea Party were relentlessly fawned over by Fox News and now he is gaining a crowd of fans from the neo-Nazi crowd on Stormfront.com

Crazy is endemic among right-wing bloggers. As the public continues to reject their increasingly paranoid and disjointed message, they turn to the one audience that is surfeit with people that will hungrily devour every morsel of illogical babbling: conspiracy theorists. It is therefore understandable that as attention whores like Breitbart recognize that their egotistic agendas lose traction among reasonable people, they begin to pander to a sector of people who not only believe their rantings, but actively support it with paranoid ramblings of their own.
Case in point: Andrew Breitbart’s is the acorn from the Matt Drudge tree for it is common knowledge that Drudge is Breitbart’s mentor.
Drudge is now featuring articles by Alex Jones sycophant Paul Craig Roberts. Drudge has always been a darling of the conspiracy crowd, due to his willingness to publish anything and everything without an ounce of background research. Hence, paranoid articles about flouridated water or the united nations occasionally cropped up on the Drudge Report. So, it’s not entirely shocking that Drudge would reprint Paul Craig Roberts, but it’s notable as Drudge occupies a position of high respect in the conservative blogosphere. The long and short of this latest exhortation is that the US is only seven years away from the complete collapse of infrastructure, order and society– yes, the very same hackneyed premise of terrible B-Movies, survivalist wet dreams and badly-written fiction like the Turner Diaries. This meshes perfectly with Alex Jones’ newest marketing scheme of an “IMMINENT ROAD WARRIOR-LEVEL COLLAPSE” which true patriots can stave off by buying Alex Jones’ latest DVD.
The article in question is: The Year America Dissolved
Here are some bits and pieces of the lunacy rantings of the article:
It was 2017. Clans were governing America. Clans organized around families and individuals who possessed stocks of food, bullion, guns and ammunition.
Photo: A scene from the 1997 film, The Postman. *LULZ!!!*
The first clans organized around local police forces. The conservatives’ war on crime during the late 20th century and the Bush/Obama war on terror during the first decade of the 21st century had resulted in the police becoming militarized and unaccountable.
As society broke down, the police became warlords. The state police broke apart, and the officers were subsumed into the local forces of their communities. The newly formed tribes expanded to encompass the relatives and friends of the police.
But WAIT THERE’S MORE!!!
Goods reappeared in markets under the protection of local warlords. Transactions were conducted in barter and in gold, silver, and copper coins.
Under the article Alex Jones states a incomplete bio of crazy Paul Craig :
Paul Craig Roberts is an economist who served as an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury in the Reagan Administration. He is published widely in the alternative media, including Infowars.com, and is a frequent guest on the Alex Jones Show. Dr. Roberts’ latest book is How the Economy Was Lost: The War of the Worlds.
Of course what Jones leaves out is Robert’s connections to white supremacy which has been proven with his strong ties to VDare.com, Jared Taylor and American Renaissance, Willis Carto.
So, when Breitbart’s rantings appear on well known racist media we can now understand where the connection is.
James O’Keefe and friends plead guilty in Mary Landrieu office caper
By Ramon Antonio Vargas, The Times-Picayune
May 26, 2010, 10:42AM
The Associated Press
James O’Keefe, left, leaves the St. Bernard Parish jail in January after his arrest at U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu’s office.
The four defendants who were arrested in January in Sen. Mary Landrieu’s office in the Hale Boggs federal complex in New Orleans pleaded guilty Wednesday morning in federal court to entering real property belonging to the United States under false pretenses.
Magistrate Judge Daniel Knowles III sentenced Stan Dai, Joseph Basel and Robert Flanagan each to two years probation, a fine of $1,500 and 75 hours of community service during their first year of probation.
James O’Keefe, as leader of the group and famous for posing as a pimp in ACORN office videos, received three years of probation, a fine of $1,500 and 100 hours of community service.
How did this all begin? How did this bratty, socially inept skank evolve into one of the most hated people in America today?
James O’Keefe is a home-grown white bigot from New Jersey. The online journal of his anti-social college years shows a skinny, juvenile, spoiled child who could not get along with anyone, mainly because of his racism.
From his diary:
My freshman year of college I was placed in a triple room on the second floor of Campbell. One of my roomates was gay. The other was just bizarre. Two months in I volunteered to leave and was put on an all-black, floor, the Paul Robeson floor, on Mettler 3 in November. I was placed with, no joke, an Indian midget named “Hashish” who smelled like shit. Then he transfered. I had a single. For the month of January, I never left my room. Then on Valentines day, the one year anniversary of James/Arielle, in came a greek kid named Paul. Paul was an absolute nightmare.
He took his racist rage out by having affirmative action bake sales at Rutgers University where he was attending school.
After College, O’Keefe was an intern at the Arlington, Virginia based conservative organization called the “Leadership Institute” where he hooked up and became pals with racist Marcus Epstein and attended a race based forum with known white supremacist Jared Taylor organized by Epstein.
O’Keefe was asked to leave Leadership Institute because they claim he was more into “activism” than political work. Epstein has since been charged with a felony assault hate crime on an African American woman while drunk in Georgetown DC.
Leadership Institute has since tried to scrub their organization of any connection to O’Keefe
Enter the Breitbart phase…
O’Keefe and the Hollywood hack Breitbart were a good fit.
Based in both bullshit and bigotry they executed a successful smear campaign against ACORN, a community activist group that helps African Americans get to the voting polls.
O’Keefe’s pimp campaign was found to be completely false yet the attack on the inner city organization was successful at causing it to fold.
Feeling his white privilege from getting away with the impact of a huge public lie, and no regard for law and decency, O’Keefe– still on the Breitbart payroll– but now it is a masked by a suspicious looking media firm who is asking for donations?
Veritas-Fucking Up the Truth
Obviously trying to be the next Richard Viguerie, this phishing site has very little to do with any actual “media” aside from O’Keefe’s latest joke to disgrace the census, which has fallen flat, even with the plug appearance on Good Morning America
If you navigate through O’Keefe’s laughable “media site” he claims:
Through Veritas, James O’Keefe will soon begin producing more explosive kinds of investigations and releasing them through the medias and on the Internet, and driving these stories into the consciousness of the public and lawmakers. A larger staff to help research, do advance work, film, edit, and work the media will make this part of his operation highly efficient and get more stories released, faster.
Veritas will also train an army of young people to use James’ techniques to uncover corruption and abuse of power in their own states. He already has a group of about 10 people who know how to do this, and in the coming two years will expand the number of trained individuals, and have them spread geographically all across the country.
One has to wonder if they have a seekrit hideout, decoder rings and dress-up henchmen uniforms?
Every other page is a request to fill out a contact form for the viewer’s personal information as well as a huge donate button.
Who donates to media firms?
Aren’t they supposed to be a business, not a beg-a-thon?
Oh, and the request to try to get people to fill out their personal information is a scam to collect names to market them for direct mailing lists, also not something a real media firm is likely to do.
To some this all up, we have found the best comment ever on Gawker about James O’Queef
I have the disquieting feeling that this little shit squib goes through life with the Mission Impossible theme playing endlessly in his fucking head.
With the properly-fitted tinfoil hat I’m sure the voices of all those nefarious ACORN people taunting him would go away and he could lead a fairly normal life, cleaning the shitters down at Burger King.
America’s the land of opportunity, James- even for deluded misfits like you

I came away yesterday evening feeling somehow disppointed; sure, there were the obligatory birthers, flat-taxers and other assorted nutbars, and yes, there was the obligatory smattering of amusingly misspelled signs, but somehow — yesterday’s crowd just wasn’t as flat-out batshit as I was hoping and expecting. Michelle Bachman was her usual shrieking, shallow, ingnorant self, yet she vomited none of the off-the-hook weird statements that endear her to me; Andrew Breitbart exhibited his usual over-the-edge delivery, but neither of them seemed to really bring the crazy yesterday.
They hated socialism, yet most of them looked old enough to be on Social Security and Medicare. They hated corporations, they loved capitalism. They hated the expansion of government power into their lives, they loved the expansion of government power into Iraq and Afghanistan. They hated Saul Alinsky — and they loved Saul Alinsky. Go figure.
Speakers galore shuffled across the stage — so many speakers, in fact, that it almost seemed like a right-wing version of an ANSWER rally, only with music. And, oh, what music. Almost without exception, every musical performer worked to the accompaniment of a pre-recorded instrumental backup track instead of a live backup band. Ray Stevens, late-60s Jesus-rock star famous for his ’70s novelty hit “The Streak”, proffered a sappy, cloying love song to the military which pegged my Smarmometer™ so hard that it damn’ near broke the needle off. Former Saturday Night Live fixture Victoria Jackson, who dropped out of SNL in the ’90s to pursue a career as a born-again Christian nutcake, cemented her position as Stupidest SNL Cast Member Ever with “There’s A Communist Living In The White House”, a song featuring a tedious guilt-by-association litany of the “communists” in Barack Obama’s life which, to her and all assembled, proved that the DLC corporate centrist hack currently in the Oval Office is, in fact, a dangerous Marxist.
Then, at long last, came the man I waited all evening to hear from — Little Andy Breitbart. He only seemed to go through the motions last night, with his prerequisite loony attitude, but there just wasn’t enough of the Breitbart zaniness that guarantees a full-tilt steaming-ears meltdown. This could be due to the fact that it was a “friendly” crowd without the possibility of his being confronted with any inconvenient truths, thus precluding any chance of Breitbart going over the edge. Most of his evening’s rantings were spent making excuses for Clarence Thomas and bitching about MSNBC and “union thugs” — in other words, a standard-issue rap which had none of the brilliance of his ravings at the recent CPAC conference in March. More’s the pity.
The sparring match between black conservative Kevin Martin and antiracist journalist Daryle Lamont Jenkins continues with a propositional post on the political hack site Bigjournalism.com
From that post by Martin:
Now with all that said, and rather than play tit-for-tat, I am simply going to challenge Daryle Jenkins to a 90-minute debate on the issues of Race, Conservatism, Fascism and the history of it all here in Washington, D.C., on evening of Friday April 30, 2010.
NOT A PROBLEM, KEV!

Sooner or later we knew that Kevin L. Martin of Project 21 would have to come in and tell his side of the story regarding his participation in the white supremacist forum organized by Marcus Epstein’s Robert Taft Club back in August of 2006. He has already done so earlier this month when we wrote about how conservative propagandist James O’Keefe participated in this forum. However O’Keefe chief defender Andrew Breitbart and other conservatives routinely bring up Martin to downplay the kind of event it was. Now when all of this originally came out, this was more of a debate about what role O’Keefe played in the forum, a mere participant or someone who helped out during the event. Now we see an attempt to whitewash the whole thing – and that’s not going to happen. DLJ writes again about Andrew Breitbart’s quest to save his dying media “empire” from the sad, sad fact that he hitched his horse to a very racist cart. You would think that someone who is not a racist would be able to unhitch that horse rather easily, but alas, we might not be talking about that kind of someone. As you can see from this picture of DLJ and Kevin Martin enjoying each other’s company in 2007 however, there are things out there that just might make that horse buckle a bit…
Daryle Lamont Jenkins, One People’s Project
Little Andy Breitbart is in damage control right now. The controversies surrounding his boy James O’Keefe is bad enough, but after his performance at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), he is seen even more as an unhinged buffoon that respectable folks should stay away from. He thinks he can beat all of this back by putting out as much propaganda that he can to try and discredit me, writer Max Blumenthal or anyone else that has written about O’Keefe and the racist Robert A. Taft forum he attended in 2006. And of course a lot of conservative media types, especially the bloggers who for some reason think that the CPAC video of me and Breitbart helps him (!) are going to fall in line to help it along.
The problem however is when the story ventures out of conservative circles, they run into an obstacle: reality. The public knows that conservatives will rail against racist charges against any white person that doesn’t have a “D” next to their name. They do it just as much as they attack Blacks and Hispanics for being racist for making some remark that they spin into something that it is not. Oh, and let’s not forget how Robert Byrd is excoriated for being a Klansman sixty years ago (even though it didn’t matter until they had to find a way to defend Trent Lott from a racist charge), and Harry Reid for his recent comments about Barack Obama – in his support for Obama’s successful campaign to become the first African American President of the United States.
So conservative carping doesn’t mean a thing to me. It’s expected, and it’s not taken seriously. Some among that number are listening to both sides and to them I tip my hat. Others are too caught up in the activism, and they can go down in flames with it. Still, it is incumbent upon me to deal with issues as they come up. If something I say needs to be clarified, than so be it. That’s why I think I had better respond to this Kevin Martin thing. To be honest, it is very curious how he is approaching the issue. In his article on Breitbart.com, he says that in our April 2007 meeting (I will get to that in a minute), I was “trying to convince me that any black conservative is a tool or shill that is being used by racists, corporations, and right-wing fringe movements to gain creditability for themselves.” These days, I have pulled back from that a bit, but it doesn’t help matters much when we cut to today and find him playing that role. But never mind that for now.
The main issue that he was addressing in his article was my assertion that he was a last minute addition to the 2006 forum. In his article, he writes:
“David Almasi, who is the national director for Project 21, which is under the National Center for Public Policy Research, contacted me via voicemail about the Leadership Institute’s desire to have a black panelist speak on a forum they were sponsoring on “Race and Conservatism.” Because I was working nights at the time, Marcus Epstein and I played phone tag for about two weeks before I was finally able to contact him. Marcus extended the institute’s invite to me personally and told me of the forum’s rules-these included a 15-minute speech by each of the speakers and Q&A for those in the crowd.”
Well, on Aug. 20, 2006, this was posted in the “Alerts” section of our website’s sidebar:
LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE TO HOST DISCUSSION ON RACE…AND IF IT IS IN THIS BLOCK, YOU KNOW SOMETHING IS UP!
ARLINGTON, VA– We have to refer you to this article we had written last year about the Leadership Institute and how they are using their money to fund right-wing university publications and organizations, in this case Rutgers University’s Centurion. We were set off by the racist overtones their Feb. 2005 issue displayed, and given the kind of people they were working with we were not surprised all that much. Well, a week from this Thursday, the Leadership Insitiute hosts a “forum” sponsored by a so-called “libertarian” group called the Robert A. Taft Club, named after a union-busting senator and the leading opponent of Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal. The topic of their forum is titled “Race and Conservatism”, and they want to discuss how conservatives should handle the issue of race. Here’s what they say:
“There are few topics more sensitive than race, and conservatives have often shied away from discussing it directly. After Trent Lott’s praise of Strom Thurmond’s presidential run, a number of commentators implied that the GOP and conservatives have consistently winked and nodded at racists with code words and Willie Hortons. Race is clearly below the surface on a number of issues important to conservatives such as crime, busing, affirmative action, immigration. How should these topics be dealt with? Should race be a consideration in immigration policy? Should the GOP (and conservatives in general) appeal to hispanics, African Americans, and other minority groups? Should the factors of temperament and IQ be addressed when discussing affirmative action, poverty, and crime? Are those factors genetic or environmental?”
And who do they have on board to answer these questions? Well, the first person they managed to confirm was American Renaissance editor Jared Taylor. The second person is John Derbyshire, a contributing editor of the National Review whose writings have revealed a intense hatred for Asians – even though his wife is Chinese – not to mention homosexuals. These two are best known for their promotion of the junk science of eugenics, and that might be the reason why someone out the Arlington way is pissed off enough to send us this info to share with everyone. Well consider yourself alerted, antifa of the DC area. The Leadership Institute is at 1101 N. Highland St., Arlington, VA 22201 The forum is from 7:00-9:00 PM
So here we are, eleven days until the forum, and no mention of Kevin Martin, but with the phone tagging he says went on, it would work with the timeline. I can even ignore the Aug. 28, 2006 posting on the white supremacist website Stormfront announcing this forum. That was two days before the forum (Epstein had moved it up a day), and still no mention of Martin, but it can be argued that the person posting there simply did not know that Martin was added. I will say however, that even if Epstein and Martin were indeed corresponding up until the last minute to put him on the forum, it will still mark a particular trivia point for the Robert A. Taft Club. The organization has had several events before and after this forum, and we have yet to see any other time where an African American has participated in any of them except one – this one. The one that One People’s Project and reportedly the Southern Poverty Law Center called attention to.
The Robert A. Taft Club had been promoting this forum since July of 2006, and in their earlier announcements Roger Clegg, President and General Counsel of the Center for Equal Opportunity, was announced as a participant – with others to be announced. Clegg’s name was eventually removed without explanation. That would suggest he became one of several conservatives noted as having misgivings about the forum. Jared Taylor was always on the bill, and John Derbyshire came sometime in August. Again, Kevin Martin wasn’t announced until it was close to the day. As an interesting note, Martin was the only one on the panel that wasn’t wearing a suit. In fact, he might have been the only one in the room that was in casual dress. After two weeks of phone tag I guess he was the only one who wasn’t told it was a suit-and-tie affair, but with all the hoopla today it just makes it look as though he wasn’t notified in time.
And while we are at it, let us not forget that the Leadership Institute – who we can assure you there is no love lost between us and them – also raised an eyebrow about the event. It was originally supposed to be held in its building, but interestingly enough was told that it would have to go elsewhere and Epstein found a room in a building of a nearby law school.
So here’s the deal: Very few people, if any, knew that Martin was going to be on the panel that day. There was not a lot of promotion prior to the event saying so. If in fact that it was indeed a matter of trying to get things set up all that time, I thank Martin for clearing that up, and I am more than happy to let it go. What I want to know however is why the hell there is so much of an effort to whitewash the entire forum, warts and all.
Breitbart is banking on the fact that very few people even heard of this forum or its participants until a few weeks ago. Those that otherwise knew of this forum before our story are quite aware of what it was about. They know that the organizer has a rather interesting history with white supremacists, and had to plead guilty to a 2007 assault on a black woman in the Georgetown area of Washington, DC while calling her the N-Word. They know Jared Taylor and his rather storied white supremacist career. They know that the audience boasted an almost exclusively white supremacist crowd. They know that the forum was recorded, but only the 15 minute speeches of Taylor and his contemporary John Derbyshire are available online, while that of Kevin Martin is not. They know that there were only a few outlets that reported on the forum at the time, One People’s Project, the hate site VDARE and various white supremacist websites. They know that no one except the persons that have been previously mentioned have come forward to say they were at this event. They know that other, more respectable conservatives kept their distance from it. Finally, they know that despite how much James O’Keefe has remained in the public eye since his January arrest that he has not publicly spoken on this story.
Andy Breitbart was not there. One People’s Project was. We’ll go with our judgement, not that of someone who has articles on his website describing Taylor merely as someone “with a track record of making racist statements”, has those articles being published on Taylor’s website and that of other white supremacist sites, and has reciprocated by being the only outlet other than white supremacist sites who published Taylor’s press release lamenting the cancellation of the American Renaissance Conference last weekend.
What bothers the hell out of me is the fact that Martin is better than this – or so I thought. As he noted, and as I noted earlier, we met in April 2007. We used to spar back and forth on the internet forums for years, him using the handle (which he also used on Free Republic) “Trueblackman” – a pretty ballsy handle by the way for someone who tries to tell everyone else to get beyond race. We had a dinner meeting at a Thai restaurant in Union Station in Washington, DC while I was covering the anti-immigration “Hold Your Feet to the Fire” conference of that week that was put on by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR). It was a good conversation, no sniping back and forth, no anger at all actually. The only real disagreement was when I predicted that the then-faltering Sen. John McCain was going to get the GOP nomination next year. Martin thought McCain didn’t stand a chance. When, as he noted, the issue went to how black conservatives were tools or shills being used by racists and other elements of the right, that was said in relation to the FAIR conference. There was a group that was sauntering about the conference that was organized by FAIR and geared towards recruiting Black Americans into the anti-immigration cause. To this day, I find it laughable to watch white conservatives rally around a group called “Choose Black America”. White conservatives must have thought it was laughable too. The group didn’t last too long after the conference.
The thing that Martin curiously neglected to note was how this meeting came about. It was set up by a friend of his, a local photographer who many know these days as “Isis”! Yeah, THAT Isis! The Isis that was at the 2006 forum that snapped James O’Keefe’s photo there. She was actually surprised to see Martin at that forum, and let’s just say that his assessment of the forum then was vastly different than the one he is giving us now, and in fact it was what led to our meeting eight months later. We parted ways after that day and we never saw each other again. Isis even lost contact with him. We didn’t even think he was still active in politics until these articles from him allowing himself to be used by Breitbart & Co. started to get posted. Am I surprised? No. Politics is a shady beast in Washington. Am I disappointed in him? That’s not even the word. I could say something about how he sold out his people, but that’s not even it. He sold out a friend. Isis saw he did not like being at that forum and was there for him. Now, she feels betrayed.
And that’s that. Andy Breitbart continues to, as I said in the video, look like an ass, which I guess works for him. His supporters will continue to buy it. One People’s Project will continue its mission of exposing the racists trying to run things, no matter how much they try to conceal their intentions, thinking they are fooling everyone. Kevin Martin may still be used to that end, but as we have seen in the past it is not going to work. We have seen people of color embrace racists before, so propping a black person up to absolve a racist of sin is going to be seen as even more of an insult. But that’s what these people do. The racism issue is a real one, and one that this particular element among conservatives is most culpable of. They have been caught, and they are going to continue to spin themselves dizzy, call everyone names and throw temper tantrums at prominent conventions.
Then they will go away.
“But now you just can’t remember / All the things you said / And you’re not sure you want to know / I’ll give you one hint, honey / You sure did put on a show!”…Billy Joel
This is not usual for CPAC, which is a conference that usually takes it’s self fairly seriously and not a platform for cursing people out, screaming out in the hallway “put your dick back in your pocket”.
So, thanks to the brilliant talent of Mike Flugennock and all the video jockeys at CPAC here is a mash-up of the Breitbart meltdowns.
But, it’s not just conservative in a political and fiscal agenda, most of the folks especially the older ones are also big on old fashioned manners and public behavior.
The importance of not becoming publicly emotional, keeping one’s cool, taking the high road is deemed essential with the crowd who wants to turn back time to what they view as a more “gentler” society.
Now, as leftists, we don’t always agree with their goals, but we understand them.

CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) has an interesting history of unusual attendees. Council of Conservative Citizens (formally the White Citizen’s Council, a racist based youth group called “Youth for Western Civilization” and this year CPAC is being co-sponsored by the fringe conspiracy racist/anti-Semetic John Birch Society.
Now, they have James O’Keefe who is now under Federal indictment for trying to illegally mess with the federal phone lines of Senator Landrieu’s office AND has recently been exposed as having close racist ties with racists Jared Taylor and Marcus Epstein.
So now David and Donna Keene are hosting not only racists BUT CRIMINAL RACISTS!!!
The massive joint effort by Anti-Racist/Anti-Fascist individuals and organizations to stop the racist based American Renaissance conference has paid off:
From Jared Taylor himself:
Dear AR conference registrant,
We regret to inform you that today, February 15, the hotel at which we planned to hold the conference canceled its contract with us. Hostile callers phoned the hotel and threatened employees with death. One was specifically warned, If you hold this conference I will go in there and shoot you. Hotel management reported these threats to the police but felt it had no choice but to cancel.
We had backup possibilities, but all have fallen through, so we will not be holding the February 19-21 conference.
We are very sorry for the great inconvenience this no doubt causes you.
If you would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to American Renaissance in the amount of your registration that would be welcome. However, we stand ready to refund all registrations and banquet fees. Please let us know by return e-mail how you would like us to proceed.
We understand that many of you have bought non-refundable air tickets. Generally, the amount spent on such tickets can, for a period of a year, be used to buy a different ticket on the same airline. However, most airlines then deduct $150 from the amount that can be spent to buy the new ticket. If you bought a non-refundable ticket, please send us proof of purchase and we will send you a check for $150. We do not want anyone to suffer financial loss because of this cancelation.
Again, please accept our apologies for this very disappointing outcome. We value your continuing support and deeply regret that we will not be seeing you on February 19.
